Here's What Your Visit Looks Like

Every step, every minute, every question โ€” answered before you walk through the door.

01
10 minutes

The Intake Call

Before you arrive, a coordinator calls to understand your history โ€” not to screen you, but so your audiologist walks in already knowing your story. No clipboard surprises.

We ask about your work environment, music exposure, family hearing history, and any medications that affect hearing. Everything stays private.

02
30โ€“40 minutes

The Sound Booth

You sit in a quiet, cushioned booth wearing headphones. Tones play at different pitches and volumes. You press a button when you hear them. That's it.

The audiologist tests frequencies from 250 Hz (low rumble) to 8,000 Hz (high birdsong). Each ear is tested separately. The results plot your personal audiogram.

03
20 minutes

Results Review

Your audiologist sits beside you โ€” not across a desk โ€” and walks through your audiogram in plain language. No jargon. No pressure.

You'll leave knowing exactly what frequencies you're missing, what that means for daily life, and what your options are. A printed copy goes home with you.

04
No rush

Treatment Options

If hearing aids or other devices would help, you'll see real options with real prices โ€” from entry-level to premium. No upsell. No urgency.

We also discuss hearing protection, assistive listening devices, tinnitus management, and watchful waiting. Sometimes the right answer is to come back in a year.
